Welcome to Food Rituals, operated by Altruvia Speciality Kitchens Pvt. Ltd. By using our website, mobile application, or placing an order through our service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or enter into a contract with us.

By using our services, you confirm that you are legally competent to do so under applicable law.

2. Use of Service
You agree to use the website, app, and services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.

Any unauthorized use of our platforms or services may result in the termination of your access.

You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the website, disrupt operations, or violate the rights of others.

3. Services Provided
We operate as a multi-brand, multi-gourmet cloud kitchen and meal subscription service with a focus on Satvik and Ayurveda-inspired food, including:

Single meal orders (via aggregators or our app/website)

Subscription meal plans (daily, weekly, monthly)

Customized Satvik meal preparations (no onion, no garlic)

Corporate catering and packaged food products

4. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, or authorized food aggregators (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato).

Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or cash on delivery, where available).

Subscription meal plans require full advance payment before service commencement.

5. Subscription Plans
Subscription meal delivery schedules will be agreed upon at purchase.

Any suspension, skip, or change in delivery must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Food Preparation & Allergen Information
All meals are prepared in hygienic, FSSAI-compliant kitchens.

Satvik meals are prepared in separate, dedicated utensils to avoid cross-contamination.

Our kitchens handle dairy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering.

7. Delivery
Deliveries are handled by our own team or trusted partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

In case of late delivery caused by us, we may offer a compensatory voucher or credit at our discretion.

8. User Accounts
Some services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities under your account.

You agree to notify Food Rituals immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Quality & Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a meal, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policy is detailed on a separate page and applies to all single orders, subscriptions, and catering services.

11. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website or app — including text, images, logos, graphics — is the property of Food Rituals or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
Food Rituals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service that caused the issue.

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website/app.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
