At Food Rituals, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, changes, and refunds. Refunds approved on, 1. Cancellation of Single Orders Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placement if food preparation has not begun. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted. Before 5minutes: Full refund. 2. Subscription Plan Cancellations Before Start Date: Full refund. After Start Date: Pro-rata refund for unused deliveries, after deducting delivery & administrative costs. Pause/Suspend: You may pause your subscription with 24 hours’ notice. 3. Corporate & Catering Orders Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Advance payments are refundable only if canceled before preparation begins. 4. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
